Tuesday, May 1st, Finally Up and Working Out

Thank goodness I finally started working out today. I am appalled at how much weight I've put on in the last year. That's why I'm trying to write down what I eat and how much I workout everyday to encourage me to work out more. Today I had a midterm in my Finance 725 class but I still found time to workout, three times! Today was a good day and I have plans to make tomorrow great as well with a workout in the morning and then a workout after my table tennis class.

Lunch: Chicken Sandwich, Cottage Cheese, Pasta Salad, 7up @ House

Dinner: Turkey And Muenster Pretzel Roll sandwich, Diet Coke, Chips @ Oxley's

Workout 1: 10' on erg (2:26 split, 17 spm), 5' light at RPAC

Workout 2: 24' run with Beau

Workout 3: 1' warm up, 1x 12' mile, 5' cool down on Treadmill at RPAC
