Getting Started

I'm starting a new blog, inspired by reading the book Wikinomics, so here goes nothing. My goal in setting this up is to create a sense of accountability for myself to myself and to my friends. I plan on having a paragraph or so about the day and then below, what I've eaten, and how I've worked out. Today is the first day so there will be more.

This quarter, now until June 10th, I have three goals. The first is to lose fifteen pounds. I'll keep track of this one privately, but eating healthy and working out are my means to attain this one. Next is to get a 3.7 quarterly GPA. This GPA will raise my cumulative GPA to above a 3.5, the level necessary to graduate with honors. Finally, my goal is to decide on where I'm going to law school. So that's where we are right now. Below I'll include for today what I've eaten and what workout I did.

Breakfast: Bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios at home,
Mint Mocha,Coffee, Bagel & Cream Cheese from Brennan's in Hagarty Hall

Lunch: Greek Chicken Wrap, Diet Pepsi, Pretzels at the place that used to be Nick's Diner on Neil Ave.

Dinner: Apple Walnut Tuna Salad, Chips and Salsa, Diet Coke (lots of it) at Camille's

Workout: Unfortunately no workout today, bad way to start this, huh?

Today was a relatively busy day. I had a midterm in my Game Theory class (Economics 601), then in Table Tennis we had a tournament which was a lot of fun. Following I had lunch and then set this up before dinner and Order of Omega inductions. Finally tonight I had my Senior Leadership Seminar with our Vice President of Student Affairs, Rich Hollingsworth. It's been a great day and I'm looking forward to tomorrow. I have two homeworks due so I'll need to knock those out.
